Meet Jane Middleton of Authentic Associates

Jane Middleton, founder of Authentic Associates and chair of the Aviation Club  has had a fascinating career. She started her career dreaming of becoming a pilot, left home and moved into banking, and then found herself becoming a scene of crime investigator for the police. She moved on to excel in the field of finance working for major firms and airlines. At the pinnacle of her career she was finance director of a multi-billion pound business. But she dreamed of running her own business helping small business owners to develop their businesses. Today she does just that through Authentic Associates. I caught up with her to learn more about her extraordinary journey to becoming her own boss.
